In 1115 Cecile second married Pons de Toulouse Count of Tripoli (1993) , son of Bertrand II de Toulouse Count of Tripoli (1543) (bef 1080-Jan 1112) & Alix de Bourgogne (1876) (Nov 1080-28 Feb 1142). Born ca 1098. Pons died in 1137 in Palestine.
