ca 1175/6 Matilda third married Pierre of Flanders Comte de Nevers. Pierre died in 1176.

ca 1178 Matilda fourth married Comte Robert II de Dreux (2409) , son of Comte Robert I de Dreux (1908) (ca 1123-11 Oct 1188) & Agnes de Baudemont (ca 1130-bef 1218). Born ca 1154. Robert II died on 28 Dec 1218. Buried in Braine. They were divorced in 1181.
