bef apr 1381 Margaret married Thomas de Beauchamp (4597) , son of Thomas de Beauchamp Earl of Warwick (4468) (14 Feb 1313/4-13 Nov 1369) & Katherine de Mortimer (4303) (ca 1310-between 4 Aug 1369 and 6 Sep 1369). Born bef 16 Mar 1338/9 in Warwick. Thomas died on 8 Apr 1401.

5074. Henry de Ferrers. Born 16 Feb 1355/6 in Groby, Leicestershire. Henry died on 3 Feb 1387/8.

Henry, fourth Lord de Ferrers of Groby, Warwickshire. In 1377-1380 he was with the Earl of Buckingham and John of Gaunt, Duke of Lancaster in their raids into Brittany. In 1385 he accompanied King Richard II in his invasion of Scotland, being in the main body with the King.

Henry married Joan Hoo. Joan died on 30 May 1394.
