bef 18 oct 1424 Richard married Cicily de Neville (4882) , daughter of Ralph de Neville Earl of Westmoreland (4590) (ca 1364-21 Oct 1425) & Joan de Beaufort (4820) (ca 1375-13 Nov 1440). Born on 3 May 1415 in Raby, Durham. Cicily died in Berkhamstead, Hertfordshire, on 31 May 1495; she was 80. Buried in Fotheringhay, Northampton.
