ca 1409 Thomas married Philippa de Neville (4864) , daughter of Ralph de Neville Earl of Westmoreland (4590) (ca 1364-21 Oct 1425) & Margaret de Stafford (4886) (bef 1364-9 Jun 1396). Born ca 1386 in Raby, Durham. Philippa died aft 8 Jul 1453.
