Mark was among those fit to bear arms at Plymouth in 1643. He was admitted freeman at Eastham 3 Jun 1657. He was selectman of Eastham almost every year from 1671 through 1690, and held other offices including deputy, constable, highway survey, and member of the town council.99

Ca 1661 Mary married Lieut. John Tracy, son of Stephen Tracy (ca Dec 1586-after 20 Mar 1654/5) & Tryphosa Lee (ca 1597-bef 1652). Born say 1632. John died in Windham, CT on 30 May 1718.12
