In 1054 Godfrey II second married Beatrix of Lorraine (1191) , daughter of Duke Frederick II of Upper Lorriane (934) (ca 995-ca 1025/1030) & Mathilde of Swabia (1020) (ca 998-1043/4). Beatrix died in 1076.

1236. Duke Gozelo II of Lower Lorraine. Gozelo II died in 1046.

1237. Oda of Lorraine. Born ca 995. Oda died on 23 Oct 1044.

Oda married Count Lambert II of Louvain (794) , son of Count Lambert I of Louvain (623) (ca 960-12 Sep 1015) & Gerberge of Lorraine (784) (ca 975-aft 1017). Born ca 991/995. Lambert II died aft 21 Sep 1062 in Cloister of St.Gertrud, Nivelles. Buried in Nivelles.

1239. Frederick of Lorraine Pope Stephen IX. Frederick died in 1058 in Florence.

Matilda was murdered by her second husband.

Matilda first married Sigebodo of Santois.

Matilda second married Heinrich Furiosus of Lower Lorraine Count Palatine of Lorraine (1430) , son of Count Hezzelin in Zulpichgau (1137) (-1033). Heinrich Furiosus died ca 1060.
