In 1103 Matilda married Comte Rotrou II de Perche (1652) , son of Geoffrey de Perche Comte de Mortagne (1450) (ca 1035-Oct 1100) & Beatrix de Montdidier (1285) (ca 1040-aft 2 Sep 1129). Rotrou II died in Apr 1144.
