5083. Elizabeth de Mortimer. Born on 12 Feb 1370/1 in Usk, Monmouthshire. Elizabeth died in Alnwick, Northumberland, on 20 Apr 1417; she was 46.

Elizabeth first married Sir Henry de Percy (4855) , son of Henry de Percy Earl of Northumberland (4581) (10 Nov 1341-19 Feb 1407/8) & Margaret de Neville (4574) (ca 1329-12 May 1372). Born on 20 May 1364 in Alnwick, Northumberland. Henry died in the Battle of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, on 21 Jul 1403; he was 39.

Henry, Lord Percy, known as “Harry Hotspur” was killed in the Battle of Shrewsbury.

In Jun 1406 Elizabeth second married Sir Thomas de Camoys (4982) , son of Sir John de Camoys (4748) (ca 1319-1370) & Elizabeth le Latimer (4679) (ca 1334-), in Bourn, Cambridgeshire. Born ca 1360 in Bourn, Cambridgeshire. Thomas died on 28 Mar 1421 in Trotton, Sussex.

5084. Roger de Mortimer. Born on 11 Apr 1374 in Usk, Monmouthshire. Roger died in Kells, Meath, Ireland, on 20 Jul 1398; he was 24.

On 7 Oct 1388 when Roger was 14, he married Eleanor de Holand (4979) , daughter of Thomas de Holand Earl of Kent (4674) (ca 1354-25 Apr 1397) & Alice FitzAlan (4691) (ca 1352-17 Mar 1415/6). Born ca 1392 in Upholand, Lancashire. Eleanor died on 28 Oct 1405.

5085. Philippa de Mortimer. Born on 21 Nov 1375 in Ludlow. Philippa died in Halnaker, Sussex, on 25 Sep 1400; she was 24.

ca 1385 Philippa first married John de Hastings Earl of Pembroke (4908) , son of John de Hastings Earl of Pembroke (4613) (ca Aug 1347-16 Apr 1375) & Anne de Mauny (4670) (24 Jul 1355-3 Apr 1384). Born on 11 Nov 1372. John died in Woodstock on 30 Dec 1389; he was 17. Buried in Friars Preachers, Hereford.

John, third Earl of Pembroke.

On 15 Aug 1390 when Philippa was 14, she second married Sir Richard FitzAlan (4687) , son of Richard FitzAlan Earl of Arundel (4438) (ca 1313-24 Jan 1375/6) & Eleanor Plantagenet (4367) (ca 1316-11 Jan 1371/2). Born ca 1346 in Arundel, Sussex. Richard died on 21 Sep 1397 in Cheapside, London. Richard was beheaded. Buried in Augustine Friars, London.

Richard, tenth Earl of Arundel and Surrey. He was the bearer of the crown at the coronation of King Richard II. He was a member of the Council and was made Admiral of the West and South in 1377, then, in 1386, of all England. Also K.G. in 1386. He distinguished himself in the French wars, gaining a brilliant naval victory over the allied French, Spanish, and Flemish fleets off Margate in 1387. He was made governor of Brest in 1388. In 1388, also, he joined with the Duke of Gloucester in taking an active part against the King, who was, at that time, entirely in the Duke's power. In 1394 he obtained pardon for all politcal offenses, but was treacherously siezed on 12 July 1397, tried at Westminster, and beheaded in Cheapside 12 September 1397.

Philippa third married Thomas de Poynings. Thomas died in 1429.

5086. Edmund de Mortimer. Born on 9 Nov 1376. Edmund died in 1409 in Harlech Castle.

Edmund, third Earl of March.

Edmund married Katherine Glendower, daughter of Owen Glendower (ca 1369-1416).

5087. John de Mortimer. John died in 1424.
