On 24 Jun 1385 John married Elizabeth of Lancaster (4812) , daughter of John of Gaunt Duke of Lancaster (4525) (24 Jun 1340-3 Feb 1399) & Blanche of Lancaster (4681) (25 Mar 1343-12 Sep 1369), in Ply mouth. Born bef 21 Feb 1363 in Burford. Elizabeth died on 24 Nov 1425. Buried in Burford.

4674. Thomas de Holand Earl of Kent. Born ca 1354 in Upholand, Lancashire. Thomas died on 25 Apr 1397 in Arundel Castle, Sussex.

On 10 Apr 1364 Thomas married Alice FitzAlan (4691) , daughter of Richard FitzAlan Earl of Arundel (4438) (ca 1313-24 Jan 1375/6) & Eleanor Plantagenet (4367) (ca 1316-11 Jan 1371/2). Born ca 1352 in Arundel Castle, Sussex. Alice died on 17 Mar 1415/6.

Born ca 1376 in Beaufort Castle. John died on 16 Mar 1409/10 in Hospital of St. Katherine-by-the Tower, London. Buried in Canterbury Cathedral.
