5697. Margery Bowes. Born ca 1506 in Streatlam, Durham.

Margery married Sir Ralph Eure (5699) , son of Sir William Eure (5716) (ca 1483-15 Mar 1546/7) & Elizabeth Willoughby (5587) (ca 1487-). Born on 24 Sep 1508 in Mitton, Yorkshire. Ralph died in Ancrym Moor, England, on 6 Mar 1544/5; he was 36. Buried in Melrose Abbey.

Sir Ralph Eure, Warden of the East Marches, Constable of Scarborough Castle, died at the Battle of Ancrum Moor with the Scots. He was a Member of Parliament from Scarborough, 16 Jan 1541/2 to Dec 1545.

5698. Sir George Bowes. Born ca 1501. George died in 1546. Buried in Alnwick Castle, Northumberland.

ca 1535 George married Muriel Eure (5700) , daughter of Sir William Eure (5716) (ca 1483-15 Mar 1546/7) & Elizabeth Willoughby (5587) (ca 1487-). Muriel died on 23 Nov 1557 in Wycliffe, North Riding, Yorkshire.
