RACE --- Bernie William Race, aged 49, of 23 Andre St., passed away Tuesday morning at St. Mary’s hospital. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Rhoda C. Race; three daughters, Mrs. Ralph Nicely, Mrs. Theodore Riegling and Miss Dorothy Race all of Grand Rapids; three sisters, one brother and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thurdsday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Clarence D. Sullivan Funeral Home. Interment in Holy Corners cemetery.
