Most of Ballston Spa is in the southern corner of the town of Milton, but part of it is in the northeast corner of the town of Ballston. (High Street is the boundary between Milton and Ballston.) Adjoing Ballston Spa to the north is the village of Bloodville, and a couple miles north of Bloodville is FactoryVillage. To the northeast of Ballston Spa is the town of Saratoga Springs, and to the southeast the town of Malta.
