1377. Agnes d’ Aquitaine. Born ca 1052. Agnes died in 1078.

In 1069 Agnes married King Alfonso VI of Castile & León (2022) , son of King Fernando I of Castile & León (1550) (ca 1016/1018-27 Dec 1065) & Sanchia of León (1557) (ca 1013-13 Dec 1067). Born 1039/40. Alfonso VI died on 29 Jun 1109 in Toledo, Spain. Buried in Monastery of Sahegun, Spain. They were divorced in 1077.

Alfonso VI, king of León (1065-1109), of Castile (1072-1109). After his brother Sancho II of Castile was murdered, Aflonso had to swear to the Castilian nobility that he was he was not responsible for Sancho’s death in order to get their support. He conquered Toledo in 1085, and called himself Emperor of Toledo, as well as Emperor of the Two Religions. He was succeeded by his daughter Urraca.
