2569. Richilda of Poland. Born ca 1130. Richilda died on 16 Jan 1185.

Richilda, also spelled Richeza.

ca 1152 Richilda first married King Alfonso VII of Castile & León (1874) , son of Comte Raymond de Bourgogne (1465) (ca 1060/1070-1107) & Queen Urraca of Castile & León (1517) (1082-8 Mar 1126). Born on 1 Mar 1105 in Castile. Alfonso VII died in Fresneda, Spain, on 21 Aug 1157; he was 52. Buried in Cathedral de Santa Maria, Toledo.

Alfonso VII, King of Castile & Léon (1126-1157). He was crowned Emperor at the Cathedral of Léon in 1135. Others had called themselves Emperor, but apparently his was the only coronation.

Upon Alfonso’s death, he divided his realms between his sons—Sancho III of Castile, and Ferdinand II of Léon.

Richilda second married Comte Ramon Berenguer de Provence. Ramon Berenguer died in 1166.

Richilda third married Graf Albrecht von Everstein.
