Hugh, second Lord Despencer, Earl of Winchester. He was executed for treason.

ca 1308 Isabel second married Sir John de Hastings (3835) , son of Sir Henry de Hastings (3400) (ca 1235-ca 5 Mar 1268/9) & Joan de Cantelou (3960) (ca 1240-bef Jun 1271). John, second Baron Hastings, lieutenant & seneshal of Gascony. In 1292 he claimed a third part of the Kingdom of Scotland as grandson Ada, coheiress of David, Earl of Huntingdon. His claim was rejected.
