Born on 11 Apr 1358 in Lisbon, Portugal. João I died in Lisbon, Portugal, on 14 Aug 1433; he was 75. He died of the plaguee. Buried in Batalia.

On 24 Jun 1380 Elizabeth first married John de Hastings Earl of Pembroke (4908) , son of John de Hastings Earl of Pembroke (4613) (ca Aug 1347-16 Apr 1375) & Anne de Mauny (4670) (24 Jul 1355-3 Apr 1384), in Kenilworth Castle, Warwickshire. Born on 11 Nov 1372. John died in Woodstock on 30 Dec 1389; he was 17. Buried in Friars Preachers, Hereford. Marriage was annulled in 1383.

On 24 Jun 1385 Elizabeth second married John de Holand Duke of Exeter (4673) , son of Thomas de Holand Earl of Kent (4788) (ca 1314-26 Dec 1360) & Joan of Woodstock Countess of Kent (4361) (29 Sep 1328-8 Aug 1385), in Ply mouth. Born aft 1350. John died on 9 Jan 1400 in Pleshy Castle. He was beheaded.

bef 3 jul 1401 Elizabeth third married John de Cornwall, son of Sir Geoffrey de Cornwall & Margaret Mortimer. John died in 1443.

4815. King Henry IV of England. Born on 3 Apr 1367 in Bolingbroke Castle, Lincolnshire. Henry IV died in Westminster Palace, England, on 20 Mar 1412/3; he was 45. Buried in Canterbury Cathedral.

Henry IV, King of England (1399-1413). He succeeded his cousin Richard II to the throne.

On 27 Jul 1379 when Henry IV was 12, he first married Mary de Bohun (4618) , daughter of Humphrey I de Bohun Earl of Hereford (4312) (23 Mar 1341/2-16 Jan 1372) & Joan FitzAlan (4689) (ca 1345/1351-7 Apr 1419), in Arundel Castle, Sussex. Born ca 1370. Mary died in 1394 in Peterborough Castle.

On 7 Feb 1403 when Henry IV was 35, he second married Joan of Navarre (5021) , daughter of King Charles II of Navarre (4734) (1332-1387) & Jeanne of France (4735) (1343-1373), in Winchester Cathedral. Born ca 1370 in Pamplona. Joan died on 9 Jul 1437 in Havering Bower, Essex. Buried in Canterbury.
