John came on the Lion with his father. After the birth of their daughter, Elizabeth, John and Dorcas removed ot Northampton.25 John was in command of the Northampton soldiers in the Falls fight above Deerfield, 18 May 1676. The American House, which was burned about 1870, stood in fronto f his house lot.47
