bef 25 jul 1320 Thomas first married Margaret de Mortimer (4305) , daughter of Roger de Mortimer Earl of March (3994) (3 May 1287-29 Nov 1330) & Joan de Geneville (4248) (2 Feb 1285/6-19 Oct 1356). Born ca 1308. Margaret died on 5 May 1337. Buried in St Augustines, Bristol, Gloucestershire.

In Jun 1328 Isabel married Robert de Clifford (4391) , son of Sir Robert de Clifford (4077) (1 Apr 1274-24 Jun 1314) & Maud de Clare (4393) (ca 1276/1279-1 Feb 1324/5). Born on 5 Nov 1305 in Clifford, Herefordshire. Robert died on 20 May 1344; he was 38.

Robert, third Lord Clifford, Sheriff of Westmoreland, served in the Scottish wars and repaired the castle of Skipton.
